I rocked this cute little number with some classic black tights and basic black flats from Payless. And of course some red lipstick and a matching polka dot hair clip.

So I am super into this amazing site called ModCloth that everyone should check out. They have amazing clothing that is so unique. Because I have so many outfits from this amazing site I'd do an OOTD (Outfit of the day) Modcloth style!
This dress was the first purchase I ever made from Modcloth. I love Polka Dots, and I rock them when I can so this dress basically jumped out of the website at me. It's called The Pennsylvania Polka Dress in Dots! So Adorable, and fits like a glove!
